easy way removing engine from S197

hey just thought I would sure this with you guys. This is an easy way to remove engine+trans+exhaust from a S197 chassis without needing hoist or scratching the hell out of your engine bay. I was changing my K-member anyways (UPR). remove front clip and front bumper. use 4X4 across shock towers to support engine. remove k-member. build a engine roll-around cart of some sort (wood, metal). use cherry picker to drop the engine on the roll cart. I have a 5.4DOHC but a 4.6 3v or 5.0DOHC would be easier.

I've lifted the whole car from the front with a hd engine hoist and removed the K and the motor at the same time. Basically the same as you but didn't remove the whole front. Nice when you figure **** out though.
