The only Ford plans i know of are A/Z/D and X.

A- Ford employees and immed family
Z- Ford retirees
D- Dealership employees and immed families
X- Vendors and suppliers of Ford as well as Ford Employee friends and family.

From FordPartner.com
S-Plan
Pre-determined price based on Mazda Employee price ("E-Plan") and noted on the dealer invoice:
Mazda E-Plan + 5.3%
I'm guessing the E-Plan is a Mazda equivalent A-Plan.
