Dyno pulls for a good cause.

Any one going to dynomite tuning on Saturday 22Nov. They are doing dyno pulls starting at 8:00 A:M. Two pulls are $45. 80% of the money is going to a fellow mustang owner who wrecked his car at Barona. Here is the link

If I wreck my Mustang will they throw a dyno session for me? No offense to the family or anything, I do feel for the guy but I think if you go to the dragstrip, especially in a car that's been built to race, you should know there are consequences which can happen.

The way I read it, he isn't the one asking. Sounds like a great cause to me and people are trying to help him out in a time of need.

As another member said, he's not the one asking for it. As some of us also know, the limits of your health insurance are often not truly revealed until you truly need it. No one is trying to help him rebuild his car, they're trying to help him cover his medical bills. That's ok though, I'm sure people will remember this if god forbid something unfortunate happens to you. It's similar to what happened to some members last year when they lost their homes in the San Diego wild fires, just a different kind of tragedy.

I would go, however I've had some plans that have been made for quite some time now that I can't break. I do intend to donate though.
