Does your knee hit your keys?

Maybe my legs are too long but the most comfortable seating
position has my keys dangling against my right knee while driving.
A quick-release caribiner (Sonic Blue in color of course ) makes it easy to remove the mass of keys banging against my knee.
Never thought I'd be raising an issue about an annoying little thing like this but after 6 months of no complaints, I had to come up with something
Am i the only one?

Most of the time I am wearing jean's or khaki's so the only time i notice is when I wear short's. That dosn't happen very much so I have nothing to complain about, except for the fact my credit union want's $413 a month for the privilege of driving my Redfire beauty

Even tho I only have the key and fob, I still hit it sometimes. Mostly I hit the steering column. I am glad I have power seats because I can keep the seat low enough and the column high enough that it is not a problem. That is the reason I test drive cars. One of my biggest issues is the ergonomics.

I don't think any car manufacturer takes into account someone would go and put their keys on a lanyard (spelling). I did the same thing but why complain about it I find that if you just use 1 key ring with the factory key and fob, they are not in the way.

OK Mr. Medieval Dungeon Master, I think you just need to look and see just how long your keys are. You've got like 3 feet worth keys going on there. If this bothers you you may need to decide which keys are needed and put the rest up for a while. Just remember the key to the wench's tower is essential.

All I have is the car key, house key and fob. My knee still hits it. I'm 6'0".
This is truly the only real complaint I have with this car. I've never owned a car with this problem. If they would have put the key cylinder in the middle of the column like most other cars... <_<

It's the quick-release caribiner and all the other junk you have hanging from it that is causing it to hit your knee. You have a good 2 to 3 inches of extended stuff hanging from it. Try just using your regular set of keys and push your seat back a little. You might still feel it graze your knee from time to time, but it'll be much better than what you've got going on now. just my 2 cents.
