Thumbs up

Three weeks ago I walked into the Ford Dealership ready to order a Sonic Blue GT with Light Graphite leather seats. But I saw the Sonic Blue color on the Ranger they had there...so much purple at certain angles. So I ended up order Black on Black. Now I've been looking at pictures and stressing out. So what do you think?

You made the right choice IMO.
I too went through the same process.
Very, very purple in some light. Ocky.
I ended up ordering TR.

Matter of personal pref. The Sonic is definitely more purple than blue IMO.

as said above, personal preference, but, there is a sonic blue GT here in town that is just beautiful. I think you will still like the black. I guess the moral of the story is, it will be sweet no matter what you get.

You made a mistake. I may be biased though.

black is awesome, the only draw back is that you will have to wash it all the time. Black is the best but shows the most when dirty. That is the only reason I didnt get black. Black with red icap would have been the best for me. But I hate washing my car every two days, which is what I did on my last black car. I ordered redfire metallic, so hopefully doesnt look quite as dirty as black does in a hurry. I think you will love it tho. good luck

Great choice!

Sonic blue is my second choice to my screaming yellow baby. Definitely not common...which is always my goal.

Nope, no mistake.

One more black on the road and one less SB. I hate driving down the road and seeing a car just like mine.

Thanks for going black!

Not a mistake IMO.

I started with satin silver and was very restless.
Switched to black a week later and have been sleeping well ever since.

You just can't go wrong with black.

Washing frequently is not a problem for me, it will be a pleasure with this car.

Sonic blue was never an option for me, although I do like it with white stripes.

If I had to choose between the two, l would go with Sonic Blue. We have no problem with a purple tint and the Black is too hard to keep super clean here in dirty Metro Detriot.

It's an 05 Mustang. Nothing to stress about. IMO all of the colors are nice each in a different way when combined with the other options/accessories.. I generally prefer the darker interior but that's just my taste.

Either way

Yeah really, who wants to drive around a car painted to hide the fact that it's dirty anyway?

Looks like lots of votes in favor of the black. Add me to the list. And remember, washing it is good bonding time
