Ok got a call from my dealer 4 days ago he told me I'm scheduled he does not know when my GT will be built but he knows is has been "scheduled".

I call the ERL and she says still Clean and Unscheduled. Any body else have this problem.

 

ERL was out of date a lot when I was going through that process. Give it a week, if it's still out of whack, ask your salesman how he knows it's scheduled. In the mean time you can call FoMoCo's customer service and see what they tell you. - The number's around here somewhere, I don't have it anymore.

 

I ordered my car over the phone on 10/20/04, and I was told I would have the car in 6 weeks. On 11/4 I returned to the dealer to pick up my DORA and VIN and give them my deposit, and when I was at the dealer I was told 'your car is already being built as of 10/27, which I knew was probably wrong based on information from this site.

So when I got home I called Ford Customer Care and asked about my car and I was told it was on a temporary delay in production, and the car remained in that status until early December when it was finally scheduled for build.

The funny thing about this is that my dealer said that they were unaware of any delays with my car and assured me it was being built.

 

I called the ERL Wednesday night (September 7) and was told my car was still C/U. I picked the car up from the dealer Thursday afternoon, which tells me there are some glitches in the system.
