Hey there I purchased my car last week on Sunday and I noticed today that I'm missing a rod on my dash vent. I've been trying to find the part for it but I have no idea what it's called. It's for a 2005 mustang. Could you guys help me? I'm not looking for a totally new dash vent. I still like the one I have. I just need the rod in the picture below.
I might be wrong, but I doubt that is available as a separate part.
Yeah, you're right. I went to the dealership part depot and they said I'd have to get the whole vent for that little part. So go me. I wanna say a brand new one is roughly $80 or so from what they told me. Not sure if that included shipping.

Wow, might check out your local salvage yard or even eBay (They seem to have everything),
