Sounds like the rattle I have. Very annoying. I think it is the tube that connects to the passenger side vent and runs behind the airbag. I have not had a chance to fix it yet. I have moved it around and that has temporarily eliminated the rattle.

 

how the heck do you get behind the vent to get to it???

 

i found my squeak, it was a piece of foam on the back side of the a pillar that came loose and was rattling around...

annoying!!!!

 

i took a piece of small diameter rubber hose, cut of about 1/4" and wedged it into where the a pillar meets the window and now there is no squeaking or anything!!!!

im so friggin happy now that its quiet inside

 

wow. I thought mine was like that just because I've had it apart so many times...
