I've read that a darker IUP package might be offered later in the year and that it may resemble the changes seen in the Shelby pre-production car. Does anybody have any more info than this? Surely someone has some inside news.

I was wondering about this also. Not that I will want to wait but it will be interesting to see what they come up with.

I'm almost certain it's this finish, which I am in love with.

Notice that the air vent rings are satin, not chrome. It's classy.

I really like that. IMO it will look better on black cars I think the bright silver is a little to flashy in black and dark cars.

Looks good. Agree on the black thing. Personally like the original better. I wish they would come out with a different ICAP. Maybe black leather/red trim or blue. That would OWN.

Is the panel plastic or aluminum? Seems like you could get pretty creative with it color wise. If it's metal you could blast it lightly for a satin finish. Or etch, anodize.........

Dark IUP, 18" wheels plus production fixes (gas tank, shaker, strut popping, etc).
I'm feeling better & better not getting an 05 and waiting for an 06 .

Hey Brad, any update on this? My GT vert is on order, but I don't want it until spring, so I may want to hold on for this if it's coming soon (already waiting for the 64W wheels)

You know what peeves me most about the upgrade package they left that little plastic ring in the middle of the stearing wheels all plasticy and cheapy feeling, how come they couldnt put the same chrome finish around that little circular plate in the middle of the steering wheel, or make is leather as well. Im talking about the peace around the gt500 cap.
