Brad's Signature:

Dark Blue Pearl 2007 GT Coupe
5-speed :: Concept or 3d Carbon Hood :: Dark Charcoal Leather Interior with IUP :: 18" Torque Thrust Wheels :: Spoiler Delete :: Shaved Fender Badges :: V6 Decklid Medallion :: Sequential Turn Signals

Not to be rude, but is Dark Blue Pearl an 06 color, or is that the color you will get it custom painted?
It isn't on the timeline as a color.

and what's different about Lime Gold and Legend Lime?
I know the 67-68 color was Lime Gold, but I can't see how different the Legend Lime is.

I have requested that they add Dark Blue Pearl from 2002-2003 Explorers to the Mustang lineup to replace Sonic Blue. It's just wishful thinking right now.

Nice color choice Brad, that would be a cool addition.

I would substitute a dark green for Legend lime as well. Maybe that black jade color that was tossed around for a while.

Hmm.. but April.. that would mean waiting until '06 for you.

Yet another dilema would happen

Hardee har.

If this mess keeps up I swear! Not one thing its a freaging other

Nah, I am pretty set on making my own version of Eleanor. I just need to figure out whether Silver or shadow grey is a closer match. And I do need a vert- to stand out in the crowd of PTO mamas in their ventures and Expeditions.

I think they're saving dark green to see if they can work out a Bullitt deal with Warner Bros. Check out Dark Stone from the Expedition and tell me what you think of that.

Brad,
You know my mustang choice(being the first I actually own) is tenuous at best...

DONT DO THIS TO ME I BEG OF YOU!!!!!! Its hard enough to have stuck with silver for this long. Harder even when I saw the 05 vert.....

But, what is the difference between Legend Lime, and Lime Gold?

I'd like to know, in order to know if I should order this year or next.... :bang:

I don't have any idea. They seem to be exactly the same to me.

I had to dig a little but I found a picture of what I think is a Dark Blue Pearl Clearcoat Metallic Ford 500.

Is this the Dark Blue Pearl Clearcoat Metallic you of which you speak?

That color is perfect! I was soooo disappointed to not have the availability of a blue similar to that shown above. Brad - your choice is exactly what I'd hoped for in the 05. Maybe I'll be thinking trade in 07 if the Dark Blue Pearl is available then (hmmm - or maybe add a GT conv to our fleet???) Either charcoal or dark blue leather interior would look great inside!

There's no R&D to do for that color; it already exists and has for a few years. Just supply it to AAI!

It is a little dark for my taste. What is the point of getting a blue car if it looks black without glistening sun?

A friend of mine had an explorer that color (or one extremely close
to that color), but it was older probably a '99 or '00. Anyway it is
absolutely beautiful and would be an excellent choice for the new
body style!
