Trunk release? Glovebox???

Or maybe you just have to do it the old fashioned way...

i believe the only way to unlock the trunk is the old fashioned way or the key fob

That is correct; key fob or key in the trunk lock.

Or you can fold down the back seats and crawl in THAT way!

No...You're not the only one. Since I'm here on the West Coast, it should only be a matter of time before we start getting them.

Using the key for the trunk is part of the retro experience.

In case you happen to get locked in the trunk, there is a handy glow-in-the dark lever you can pull to get out safely.

No, really, there is.

How long is it supposed to glow for. What if you are blind-folded. Maybe they should make it go "Ding...Ding..." to let you know where it is.

A calming lady's voice starts to speak "The trunk release is over here."

A pull lever that accesses a compartment holding a power cutter may be more handy in that situation..

yeah...

Story is, I wanted to see the trunk at the one in the dealership, and he says...

"We unhooked the battery, now we can't figure out how to get in it"

LOL

If they were really thinking about the whole person in the boot thing, why haven't they included a little packed lunch and a flask of coffee behind a "In emergencies, break glass" screen?

Because the lunch would have to be multi national and the 'Break Glass Sign' would have to be in braille and also multilingual.

Hehe, wonder how many drivers needs braille...I think I'm gonna ask for a braille manual, just to mess with em.
