For starters... I have not seen the commercial myself .... this comes from a Ford employee I spoke with at the Innovation Drive in Atlanta....here is the breakdown..

Farmer walks out to his barn with a soft voice over of "If you build it, he will come..."

Farmer constructs track in field adding pavement and lights.

Pulls silver 05 GT out of barn.

We see Steve walk across the track in the distance.

Steve approaches car and farmer hands him keys.

Steve nodds enters car and takes off.

Extended footage (from preview) of Steve in GT as he hurtles down the track.

Commercial ends up with 3/4 shot of Stang.

The guy I spoke with said the commercial was fun and expensive. He mentioned that the track was so narrow they had to prop up the corn along the side so that it wouldn't blow over as the car passed. Enjoy the info... I can't wait to see it myself...

 

the dealers have a DVD with the commercials on it. my dealer has it set up in the showroom for viewing on a continuous loop. the cornfield commecial is awesome
