for the guys in the south that dont have to deal with snow...I'm not driving in the snow, but am on clear/dry days. lots of dirt/junk on the roads(after salt melts all the dirt/little stones gets left behind)- you can see my dorky mudflaps- dont like, but better than chipped paint. I have other cars, but cruel as it may be, cant just park this one for 3 months...its way too much fun to drive, even if weathers not appropriate.

maybe someone can add a pic with the 200 pound slush chunks in the wheelwells? I'm sure some folks drive theirs even in the worst snow...

I too have been driving on "nice" days here in Michigan. Not many though as you mentioned all the crap left on the roads even after the snow melts. I call this shot..."Peek-a-Boo".

Whats all that white junk all over your car?

Was a both windows down, t-shirt weather here, kinda gets boring. Have to wait for municipal sprinklers to go off at 2:30 in the morning to see what kinda rain performance my tires have.

 

Thank goodness we don't get much of that here.

 

I keep her garaged so thankfully she doesn't get snowed on a whole lot, but the salt is certainly a pain in the ..... Anyway, here is a pic of mine.

I've always enjoyed the snow and the change of seasons, either you can embrace it or complain about it. Growing up in Western New York, my uncle owned a snowmobile dealership, there was nothing like a few inches of fresh snow and some trails to hit. Although I am at the point where I won't drive any Mustang that I own in the snow... under the right conditions, I always enjoyed getting a car sideways and recovering from it. The "practice" made me a better driver and besides who doesn't enjoy going to an empty parking lot and doing donuts. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/04.gif[/img]

Wow, I remember when my car looked just like that. UR right, the salt sucks. I don't really care about rain or snow, it's the salt that keeps me from driving the WASP.
