"Code Red" Shelby GT500 - 1000+ rwhp

I think this is one of the most amazing engines I've ever seen in a Mustang. The crazy part? Shelby is considering selling them.

That is really really "sick"! tWIN tURBOS WHOO HOO. You could burn the rubber off those tires down to the rims before moving an inch. Do you really need a car like that? no, but everybody wants one.

Can you imagine if they built it like that with no "Code Red" badging or clues on the outside, just looking like an ordinary Shelby Gt 500, and some one pulls up next to you and wants to race you? As Mr T used to say, "I pitty the fool" , that did not know you had 1000RWHP and pulls up next to and wants to race, he would mess himself when you lit em up.

The engine is unquestionably a work of art, its awesome. The chassis though seriously cannot take that much power. I'm not sure the chassis could be massaged well enough to put that to the ground and seriously, you'd need wheelie bars if you could.

You need more then wheelie bars, LOL.

Shelby/Ford should build a tube frame chassis to accommodate this design with the new 5.0. Then it would be a world class 150K+ car.
