IS your local dealership Tasca Ford???? Man, there's a lot of dealer-sponsored racing history at that place. They put out some pretty mean '69 and '70 fastback Mustangs. I believe they had one that they challenged everyone to beat on the dragstrip.

This would be a tribute model for them.

 

Pretty cool idea, but that's alot of dough..........

 

they have alot of other custom stangs in the showroom, one with flames all over it.

 

I bought mine there and you could honestly do better as far as making that package yourself. I'm not one to badge stuff that really doesn't exist- Cobra Jet, GTR500, GT300, GT350, Cobra, Mach whatever...

The Cobra Jet badge, IIRC, does actually reflect a model that they created.

I had my Saleen SC stage 2 installed thru Team JDM and Tasca even complemented the install. Tasca is priced a little higher than most, but if you are local-- it can be handy to have a servicing dealer nearby that is comfortable with your mods...
