I have the Clean/Unscheduled Blues.
Ask Dealer for updates, he looks at his shoes.
The stories keep changing; it's never good news;
IUP, allocation, plant shutdown, -you lose.
I shuffle away and I curse and I muse.
Can anyone cure Clean/Unscheduled Blues?

Who are the Allocation ****'s anyway? No car for YOU!

Seriously, though, does anyone know:
1. Are dealers allocated units each month, or do they have allocation for entire model year?
2. Are dealer allocation sheets updated/issued each month?
3. Should a dealer be able to show me his allocation of Mustangs and point to a unit and say that is your car is should be pulled in "X" week?

Any help is much appreciated.

I don't know when or how the allocations are issued but, I believe It's been said that if they have allocation available then your dealer should be able to give you a good estimate to when it will be pulled. Commodities can also play a factor and throw the whole thing off though.
