I have a question, and I know it's off topic, but speaking of NASCAR, since the Ford 500 is replacing the Taurus, I'm assuming that it will be the Ford car for NASCAR?
can anybody speak to this?

OMG! GM/Chevrolet could NOT be further out of touch with the market if they were trying to sell refrigerators to eskimos.

The Cobalt and the Monte Carlo? FWD cars? These POS's are what we, the performance buying public, want?

Perfomance wise, Yes.

Category, No.

Remember, Dodge Neon SRT-4's with only few mods are running head to head with SVT Terminators. They're putting great races. So those SRT-4's vs a 05GT predict the result.

Now if GM (performance wise only) put the SS Cobalt SC in the same perormance category as the SRT-4 or higher, that could be problem for the 05 Mustang in perfomance numbers only.

In category, the Mustang is in a really special one, a Pony Car with a unique heritage and history. Priceless

neon is one of the worst cars on the road

dodge is single handedly bringing down American reliability numbers =p

wed prolly beat the Japanese if we murdered dodge and buried it in someones backyard=p
