Actually, it is for real. They have been doing this "Tribute edition" Shelby for a few years now. And yes they are authorized by Shelby America.
The picture itself is chopped. They just took the decals off one of their 99-04 models and put them on the '05... and changed the color. They are just doing a little pre-advertising. Just like many dealers and Steeda.

I agree and disagree.
On one side, sure, you don't need to have amazing web skills to be competent with a wrench.
On the other hand, in this age of the internet, the website serves as your showroom. Unless you had a pre-established relationship with the group, would you buy a fairly expensive vehicle from a place running out of a shack? Who obviously didn't use auto formatting on their "MS Paint-chop" to make all of the black the same color?

This Eleanor 3 thing cracks me up:
Black G.T. 500E3 Lower Side Stripe Decals
Black Quarter Panel Portrait Decals
Black Deck Lid Signature Decal
Black Front Bumper Number Decal
Unique "CS" Front Fender Emblems
Unique "CS" Deck Lid Emblems
A "SHELBY" Deck Lid Emblem
Unique Numbered Under Hood Badge
Unique Numbered Dash Plaque
427 Style 17" Halibrand Wheels and Tires
These guys are serious.
You'd think this thing was held together with decals and emblems.
My comment, that this is not a Shelby America Product, is correct. This company may be authroized to use the Shelby name by Shelby America, but this is not a Shelby Mustang--it's a tribute car--a tribute to Carroll and his favorite charity. Now, the good news about this company, and I'd bet, the reason that Shelby America let's them use the name, is that Mustang F/X, INC. is raising money for the Carroll Shelby childrens foundation. Simple as that. When you look at the site, you'll notice that they don't call the finished product a "GT 350 Shelby, etc, etc,"--they call it a "Tribute edition Shelby Mustang" and offer packages they've named GT 350, etc. One more thing, even if you buy the turn key Tribute edition from Mustang F/X, Inc., you still have to pay Shelby America a fee for them to Certify it "as licensed by Shelby"--that does not make it a Shelby--just kind of an officially sanctioned clone. The mustang I want is not a clone, I want the car produced by Shelby America itself.
WOW, I didn't even see the Eleanor page, no way on gods green earth would I buy that car from them for $60k. That last paragraph no implied warranty?? for $60k? ya know what? "F" all of that!!!! I think that company is run out of an alley garage at an appartment complex..............
