BE CAREFUL: do NOT deal with this member...

All,

just wanted to share my bad experience with a member of this forum: BLKSTANG06.

He agreed to sell me his GT mufflers for $60, so I sent him the money.
A month later, I was still waiting for the mufflers.
After severeal emails he finally replied stating that he sold them to someone else and would refund me my $60!

So guess what: now, 2 months later, I have neither the mufflers, nor the money back!

Look up member TMSBrad or Scothew....send either one of them a link to this topic and ask them to investigate....If it's the truth, I'd say he should be booted from the forums A.S.A.P.

This is something to put into thought when buying things from other members on this site.

Young man.... Trust is a wonderful thing. You are too young to carry such an opinion this early in life. I have sold several items on this site with no issues at all. One of them was to a great fella in Canada with no issues again. Some are bad... most are good...remember that...please!

Why would you say that? I have sold many items on these forums and would prefer to give someone in the "family" an opportunity to get something that I have not used or decided not to install at a discounted price before putting it on feebay.

I wouldn't go that far... I have personally sold and purchased items on this site without incident; as similarly experienced by numerous other members. Usually it's an amicable transaction. Unfortunately stuff like this happens and hopefully it is remedied.
