Can't Upload PDF file --HELP

I have created a PDF file with pics and wanted to post it, however, I keep getting a failure notice that the file did not upload. I am under the 4.88mb file size and I have taken out spaces in the name of the file. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had this same problem a while back. I had to reduce the picture clarity and it worked.
