Can you spot the build error in the attached picture? Since I'm taking a picture of the area in question it makes it easier to find. The workers at AAI made a mistake when building my car but after seeing it I left it stay since I liked the way it loooked. I guess it became my first Mod.

What build errors have any of you encountered?

The seatbelt is not the error.

Yeah, I would guess you should have had a tan color seatbelt as well. Are all your seatbelts that color or just that one?

Either way, as long as you're happy I guess it doesn't matter. I would have had them put in the right color ones though.

Well then my second guess has to be the black hanger thingy.

The connector to the rear window heating element doesn't look right to me.

Looks like white interior to me. Could just be the lighting in the picture though.

Unfortunatly, my build error was a little more noticable:

i'm guessing it's the charcoal coat hanger and seat belt assembly... shouldn't these be Medium Parchment also!?

driver seat is a GT leather, and the passenger seat is a V-6 leather.

Seatbelts are black across all the different colored interior's.

The charcoal coat hanger is definately supposed to be parchment.

The build error in the picture is the coat hanger. The driver side is charcoal and the passenger side was parchment. The day I picked up the car I went thru it with a fine tooth comb but didn't catch it. Then later that day my son was in the backseat for about 10 minutes and asks me why the hangers are two different colors...so much for my thorough inspection. In the picture all you see is parchment interior in the back seat area. But, when you look at the entire car interior you actually have a large amount of charcoal in the front area (dash, center console, side door inserts, seat belts, steering wheel, speaker covers etc...I like the color balance between the tan/black. Switching out the passenger side hanger to Charcoal helps to add more black transition from front to back.

Y'know, I thought about the coat hanger, but I thought "nah, couldn't be something that obvious..."

You should've bought a Chevy. GM has much better quality control, and you wouldn't have these problems.
