I'm flattered they thought my pic was good enough to sell their convertible.

 

The copyrights are protected by the Berne Convention. Sure hope they have permission.

 

I never give anyone permission to use my photos on eBay. I told the seller I want 15%. I'll split it with you Dr. Jones.

Bammy to NYC is a 20 hour drive........And a fun one too. I do it 3 times a year.

And I resent a horrible picture of me on that chop....I got dressed in a hurry to see the FIRST new Green GT in Birmingham that day.

And anything you send to me to be posted on the site becomes property of the site. I try to give credit where I can (like with Todd's photos in this case), but once you send them to me they are mine to use as I please.

This person never claims ownership of the pictures. They are merely examples of something resembling his product. There is really no reason to fuss over this kind of stuff, unless he leeches it off this websites Bandwidth, then it is an issue.

So he doesn’t own them, your only option is asking kindly to having them removed or suing him. I’m sure you don’t want to get tied up in a legal battle so you really only have one option, or leave him alone.

If your picture was an artistic image and had to possibility of sales then it matters, like a painting. I don’t get why people watermark pictures of cars like they created a masterpiece. Wow, you snapped a picture and then uploaded.
