Colorado red?

That the orangey red the focii have?

Nevermind- that's blazing copper.
I would think they keep a bright red and dump redfire for another metallic one. Ford never offers Mustang without a bright red

All I can say is the source for those colors must be one awesome person! Woo!

Vista blue is suppose to be darker than Sonic. Also, they are discussing changing the name of Tungsten to something else.

Hmm, no Titanium, no Graphite and no Anthracite so far. Oh well, thank god they didn't drop Redire!
Hey this is tungsten It's a titanium. type in tungsten rings on yahoo and it will give you the desription on the mineral. They describe it as one of the hardest titanium [/b][/quote]
Tungsten is a Titanium?

In what universe, because it certainly isn't ours!

They don't look alike, they weigh a heck of a lot different. About the only thing that Tungsten and Titanium have in common is that they begin in T and are grey metals. Tungsten is shiny, bright, and Titanium is flat dull gray.

(Tungsten is very dense, extremely heavy. Titanium is ultra-light. I'm talking wicked-scary light, if you've ever picked up a chunk of it you'd know what I mean. They make jet parts out of Titanium, and they make armor piercing ammunition, like replacements for depleted uranium, out of tungsten).

I kinda like that red. Not too bright, not too dark. I just want to know if they are keeping the red leather because I reaalllly want it when I can finally get mine next year. I hope and pray.

Hum..thanks Tom. Gotta go check out a focus. I'm curious about how it looks.

Hey, if you get Torch red, at least it'll be an exclusive 05 colour.

Noooooooooooo, people are posting tons of stuff over and over on the 05 and we don't even have the cars on the lot (or in many happy peoples hands) yet. No 06 conversations yet please!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, by the way, I like the Red for the 06.

Vista Blue will be metallic like the 1999 color Atlantic Blue (Mach 1's Azure Blue is too polarizing and most folks love them metallics and hey, Ford doesn't even charge extra for them like other companies do)

Ah, just great - the first 'debate' for the '06 - "tungsten vs. titanium". I was holding out for titanium in '06, now I'm confused. That NAIAS show car version sure was a tease - titanium, stripes, 18" wheels, blue interior - each igniting furious debate and conversation. Well I guess that's what NAIAS cars are supposed to do...oh well. Hopefully the rumors will catch up with the truth the same time my wallet catches up with my target down payment amount...

Tungsten (chemical element W) is, as M1Rifle pointed out, not the same as Titanium (chemical element Ti). Tungsten is what you might know as Wolfram, they use it for the glowing wire in light bulbs.

I'm curious about the vista blue, whether it is a darker or lighter blue than sonic etc. And I agree... Brad should get paid, or at least get a discount on his next Stang.

Lime Gold is the same color that will be on the '05. It's not new for '06. The full name for that color is "Mustang Legend Lime Gold".

Wait, so is it going to be called Titanium or Tungsten ?? Or is that 2 different colors ???? I hope I didn't pick the wrong name LOL. Titanium sounds much cooler.

Vista blue is suppose to be darker than Sonic. Also, they are discussing changing the name of Tungsten to something else. Tungsten is suppose to be a dark charcoal gray.
