Boss mustang?
with the upcoming of horsepower and GM...and other major
Companies bringing out the big guns camaro grandprix challanger. isnt it time that ford fills the gap between the 300hp GT ..and the Shelby...mabe a GT350 or...a mach 1 or boss mustang with somewere between 350-400 horsepower it would deff entice alot of people who want somthing really specail but dont want to go into Shelby land. well i know i would be at the dealer tommarow if somthing like this was announced. whats your thoughts..? do you think ford knows this and has somthing up there sleve

It looks like it will be just like back in the 90's through the early part of this decade where the GM's had bigger engines and much more power, I don't expect the 09 Mustang to have anymore power at all..

Sadly, the Boss most likely wont live up to what it is supposed to be.
I think all the boss is going to be is a boss stripe package,maybe a shaker,FRPP Performance Pack,and FRPP Handling Pack. This is only a guess. I am just basing it on what ford has given so far as in special edition mustangs.

If the BOSS comes out in 09 ... it'll have something more than just a sticker/stripe... but it probably won't have the BOSS/Hurricane engine.
That'll be later (if the rumours are false about the 5.8 being canned)
