That is what I use and have been very happy with them. I put a lot of miles on my car with work and these have lasted longer than any other types, plus they don't lift on the highway when we have big winds.

I use them on both my Accord and Mustang and I've been very happy with them also.

I like mine. Look good too.

I used to be a big fan of the Micro Edge Excels, but the Icon is definitely superior, and is all I use now.

I have them on my Taurus and replace them about every 6mos. (I put about 2k miles on my Taurus every month). They are the only ones I could find that don't chatter on the highway.

Don't wast your money on the other brands (rain-x, trico, etc.) Just get the Bosch Icon blades.

Thx for the replies, I'm going to pick them up today before the deals ends. With the rebate it'll only be $15 for the set.

I have been using ICONs for years and love them. I put a new set on every fall. Yes, worth the $$.

I actualy dont like the icons. I think the factory blades did a better job, especialy when the car was dirty.

I have the icons on the stang and they streak. The factory ones didn't streak for 2years.

Just my .02c

I agree that the factory blades are great, I still have them on my 07 and don't get any streaks but it is easier to buy the replacememnt Icon ones then to have to order the factory ones from the dealer. The Motorcraft ones the dealers stock are no good you have to get them to order the Ford ones out of the parts catalog.

I have heard lots of bad reviews of the Icons, they don't last long, etc...

The Trico single-piece blades I bought work great. Most of them use rubber blades so they'll start to get a bit rigid in the winter.

Which ones exactly do our cars come with?

The blades that came on my '08 GT from the factory lasted almost two years in 365 daily driver conditions, rain, dirt, ice, snow and heat and finally ripped to shreds in the latest ice storm but still work better than any wiper blade I've had on previous cars.

I'm not sure of the part numbers. When you stop by the dealer ask someone at the parts counter to get you Ford wiper blades that were "OE" on the car. As opposed to Motorcraft ones that they will most likely have on display. They should have to look them up in the parts catalog, and will probably have to order them. Only thing to be careful of is that sometimes Ford has a min order qty and they may make you buy all of them and not sell you just one. If you want, give Kevin Casey (KC) a call and I'm sure he will send them to you pretty cheap.

I had horrible luck with the NeoForm's. They started streaking within 2 weeks and started chattering across the windshield of my Taurus after a week of solid rain.

Haven't tried any of the other as of yet.

So, I guess I'm the only one here satisfied with the plain cheapo Anco wiper refills?

I'm a bit **** when it comes to this stuff. I did a six month test with Bosch vs Rain-X with one on each side. At the end of the test Rain-X proved to be the better wiper.

They only lasted six months? Crap. I got 24 months out of the OEM blades. Maybe I shouldn't have bought the Icon's tonight. Ah well.

Will report back in 12.
