I went to the E-town FFW a few weeks ago, and BBR had a GT500 with a full Eleanor Body kit. It had the wheels and all, i will post pix once they are developed. Anyone have any pics of it? i hate the hood though, it looks like a ramp.

you guys, that car looks so amazing in person! I saw it Friday night in Ft. Lauderdale.
The hood doesnt look like a ramp. Pictures do not do this awesome car justice.
oh and the side exhaust is functioning now, it sounds incredible.
there are some pictures posted around here somewhere, maybe in the Southeast section of the forums.
Blow By Racing had a big BBQ yesterday(which I couldnt attend)so I am sure there will be more pictures.

I'd like to know how they got the side exhaust working. What did they do, move the gas tank into the trunk?

That is a NICE car, I'd love to have it, or one that looked just like it, for about... $35K? Yeah right!

I saw the car Friday night and at the barbecue - very impressive in person. Not 100% done yet but still looks amazing. The exhaust is not done yet from what I was told but they are getting there. And no the hood does not look like a ramp - it looks exactly like the classic Eleanor hood.... one sharp car......

It needs a ducktail and it would be perfect. That's a fine car. Makin' me second guess the route I went with mine.

Actually they are working on the spoiler right now as well as the new rear fascia.....

As for the side exhaust it IS coming.

Dont do that!.....your car looks great the way you have it hooked up.

"classic Eleanor hood" That's funny.
Not trying to flame or anything. I just thought your wording was interesting.

Sorry guys - wrong word choice - would have used another synonym but the guy down the street from me is currently using my Thesaurus to find the best word to positively describe his GTO.... he's had it for three months!

Great comeback.

I just used my Thesaurus and I think the word you may have wanted to use there was 'the "original" Eleanor hood'.

Any chance someone got arecent snap of the hiney of this car, Id like to see how they covered up the rear cut outs and perhaps a decent shot of the side pipes both underneath and the tips??
