Black-out decals for side window louvers

For you guys and gals with side window louvers, do you find them unattractive when viewing them from inside the car? I would like to know if there is a market for pre-cut vinyl black-out decals that would hide the side window louvers when looking at them from inside the car. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Depending on the price I would buy a set. They do look ugly from the inside, but I cant justify spending alot of my mod money for it.

I had mine painted black on the inside to avoid the "ugliness" and still have some blind spot visibility (at least a flash before I get blasted).

Chuy, that you?

If so, you're going to start carrying these in a week or two anyway, aren't you? Then you won't need to worry about this

Silver horse is looking like they are making a run at taking lots of business from others. Great products!

@nino, what kind of pricing are you looking at? It be worth it if the price was right!

Nah, not trying to take from others, just offering another path with a level of quality a lot of people aren't used to seeing in the automotive aftermarket. Ninosport is one of our dealers, so I was just giving them a hard time here

Nah, this is Nino. We're looking forward to those new parts. Btw, how hard is it to remove the glass? Without breaking it, that is!

Not bad - it takes about an hour per side to R&R the glass with the louvers. I've had ours in and out a few times already without much trouble, and haven't broken the glass or scratched the paint yet - and I'm not a glass guy by any stretch.

Production started on the passenger side last night, so they will start shipping out on Monday!

Not a dealer but your competition is in trouble from where I sit, there is now ay anyone would choose side mount over your flush louvers. If I was doing louvers again I would not even think about another company for them. They look good, and you can still see out of them (at least WAY more then the Roush ones I use to have)

For the last few years I have purchased all of my tint from a vendor on eBay. The tint is top-of-the-line and precut to fit perfectly. I have done many cars with his products and have always been satisified.

His eBay ID is "elitetint". Here is an auction for a Mustang kit;

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Ford-...mZ160082961970

He will sell you any tint that you need. If you just want the quarter windows then send him an email and he will give you a price.

He has always given me good products and prices. I highly reccommend him.

The tint on my Mustang has 35% on the Front windows and 5% on the Quarter windows. The 5% is a very dark Limo tint. If you are trying to hide the ugliness of the backside of a window louver, the 5% will do the job.

The quarter window wont be an issue for me too much longer because they will soon be replaced with the SilverHorse louvers. I can't wait!!
