Last nite, we almost LOST someones black GT, and I do mean LOST!! One of the engine/rearaxle carriers hung up on the overhead carrier carrying the car and when it finally let go, the car slid back and almost fell off the carrier 10 ft. in the air!! Thank God, it didn't fall off!! Our maint. team did an excellent job of getting it back on the carrier right. BTW, how many guys does it take to lift a almost complete Mustang? The answer, about 12, and 2 w/ long 4x4's!! B)

Almost only counts in horseshoes.

The real question is " how much downtime and lost production did that incident cause?"

Yea, I wish we had webcams or something!! No photos allowed!! Anyways, didn't cause too much downtime, unlike the problem I caused a couple of weeks ago!! :notnice:

What problem did you cause? Did you find a flaw in the process?

Hopefully the 4x4s were pushing on the frame or other locations that are designed to carry weight....
