Best magazine with best/most S197 content?

I haven't subscribed or even picked up a copy of MM&FF or 5.0 magazines in years. Do either of these have what you'd consider as the best and/or most s197 content? If not, what would you recommend? I'm looking to get a subscription to whichever one this would be.

IMHO its different every month i usually pick up the one that has a nice build or install write up..... its mostly a monthly book full of ads with about 10 pages of new content every month

Not on your list, but I like Modified Mustangs the best.

Thanks for the suggestion Donna. I'll look into that one. Anyone know of any others?

Another vote for Modified Mustangs. By far the best organized and best photography. Also they do a (tasteful) chick pose every magazine

I don't know, maybe I'm missing something right in front of my face, but I just visited Modified Mustangs' site, and I don't see any S197 content. Is there stuff on the '05+ in their physical issues that's not on their site? The content of the classics and stuff is cool, but all I really want the potential subscription for is content that applies to my car.

Modified Mustangs just merged with Ford and Mustangs to make one magazine. They used to have alot of S197 and SN 95 content, but now it's much less

MM&FF and 5.0 has more S197 than 5.0 info in it.

+1 Ever since they merged there isn't as much S197 content. Kind of disappointed about that and will not be renewing my subscription.

Mustang Enthusiast and Modified are both well-written publications.

Try Mustang Generations. New magazine that has done a great job with 197 representation.

We usually have a decent amount of S-197's and overall we are a little different then the usual Mustang subscription.

I don't subscribe to any mags, but I travel a lot and I usually pick up the latest copy of MM&FF. Most of the time the articles are good, and even the ones for other models can be interesting.

To be honest, the mags just have too many advertisements in them.

I can get everything I need to know right here at TMS. It has a nice search function too!

I'd go with Modified Mustangs & Fast Fords.
Mustang & Ford Technical Articles - Restoration, Engine, Wheels & More - Mustang & Fords Magazine
