At work I'll tell someone that I need somebody to get us lunch.....then I will end up giving them a ride to where they were going to get it???? I thin this qualifies.

I live close to everything, even work is only 3 miles away. I'm unmarried so when I run down to the local 7-11 for soda or beer, I usually take it on about a 20 mile trip, then head back to the 7-11. I don't need an excuse but if I did, I'd just say it's not good to drive a new car really short distances, so I HAVE to make it atleast 20 miles.

I actually do try to make my trips 5-10 miles at a time, even heading to and from work. Atleast enough to let it warm up some, plus it's just way too much fun to drive.

The grocery store is 1-2 miles from me.........I find myself going out the back side of my neighborhood, 5 miles to the interstate, 4 miles up to the next exit and back around another 4 miles to the grocery store which was a 2 minute trip in the first place.

If I need stuff from walmart or something- fuggedabout going to the one 10 minutes from me- I go to the one by the mall so I can DRIVE!

I go to the shop a snack a lot- for nothing.Papers, cocola......

My daughters school bus stop is at the end of my driveway.......I have been taking her to school every morning instead of shoving her out the garage door and sending her to school on the bus.

My parents live 60 miles south of me- I go there a LOT more than I did before now.

My mustang seems to be taking an unusual amount of time to break in!
I think I better go and put some more miles on to make sure that it's broken in right

Well, we don't have ours ordered yet, but when we do, and eventually
get it, we will drive it often:

So that the tires don't get "flat" spots from sittin' too long....

Since I'm in the Fire Dept, usually I'm cooped up in my house and i wanna get out, but being that I still live with my folks, I still have stuff to do around the house, so whenever I just want to get the heck out, I just grab my fire pager, make it beep as if I have a call and run out peeling wheels in my development and dont come back for like an hr or 2. Then I come back and tell them it was like a MVA or a small kitchen fire, and they believe me. But the best is when I can actually respond to an emergency call using my emergency Blue light and get people to move out of the way and yield red lights, it soooooooo awesome!!

I'm prone to high speed runs in the middle of the night....and I've only had it 3 days!

I actually went shopping with my wife today...I NEVER do that.

I was supposed to see Mom on Monday afternoon. I couldn't stand it, I called her at 8:00am and said I'm on my way. It worked out, I dropped her off where she needed to be and she got to drive....she was smiles from ear to ear. She even took it to a 100mph (on the same road as my 140mph blast).

I wanted to listen to some music, so I just spent an hour and a half driving around central NJ listening to my MP3 CD of 70s hits.
