Well, on the way to work this morning I get stuck behind a School Bus. I thought oh great! Afer a few stops I notice more and more kids collecting at the rear window. Then I see they are holding up a sign about 3 inches square. Even with my glasses on I can't read it. I give them the sorry can't read gesture

Next stop sign a few miles down the road a bigger sign, I usually try to stay back as your supposed to but I get right up on the bumper. "SWEET CAR!" the sign reads. I give them the and rev up the engine a few times they are all cheering. Few more miles they turn off waving faces glued to the window. I beep the horn and wave. Made me smile the rest of the way to work. Just thought it was cute.

On friday I picked up my oldest boy from middle school. I had my windows down and next thing I hear is "Hey mr!!Great CAR!!!" I look over there are two girls on the bikes with thumbs up and smiling.
The reactions are great..

 

Little kids can give the cutest compliments!

 

i got compliments fro all types of kids yesterday as they were doing a car wash to raise money. like id let them touch my car but i did rev the engine and do a burnout for em. also got some attention from an older woman and her kids in a car next to me at a red light as well as a guy in a BMW.

 

The reaction from the little one's is always entertaining. You know you've got something going on when the kids love it

 

I had the same thing on the way to AC this past weekend. Car full of kids in the back waving with thumbs up. Very cute! These kids today sure do know their cars!

 

Yeah I just get the everytime I pull iunto my driveway comming home from work for my neighbors 2 kids. They make it a ritual to sit on their porch and watch me pull in everyday.

I haven't gotten one compliment or gesture as of yet. Two months now and nadda! I guess in South FL there is so much money nobody sees this car as anything special. Oh well.... I like it and thats all that matters anyway.

 

I drove by half an elementary school worth of students going on a walk........ The amount of "NICE CAR", "YAH" and "AWESOME"s I got was a lot of fun. I waved back. Kids are great.

 

Just about everywhere I go I get "nice car" or something to that effect. Kids on school buses definitely enjoy seeing this car too, they glue themselves to the windows when they spot me.

 

Yeah, i've gotten some reactions from the dumb neighborhood kids. Look mommy it's one of those new mustangs, nice car, etc..

 

Hearing these stories makes the wait even harder!

 

I was stopped today at a crosswalk at a local high school as classes let out for the day. One boy about 15 or so said S A W W E E E T as he passed by. Made me feel GOOD!

 

I have parked my car near the street and had people stick their heads out there windows and yell "NICE CAR!!!"

 

 

I returned to my car last week after a day on the beach, only to find on my windshield a note: "Hot Car!!! with 2 names and phone numbers."

...so I called. Turns out they were on spring break and only 17
(I'm 45)

 

I take my 8th grade son to school and his backpack weighs a ton from the books. So he always wanted me to drop him off at the door closest to his locker. After I got the stang, he wants me to drop him off out front of the school. I think he walks a couple of feet taller, after getting out of the stang. I also get the stares, thumbs up, cool car and rev it up!! I smile all the way into work. You know EVERY day is a great day to go to work!!! Not because of work but that I get to drive the Black Beauty.

 

You know, if you add those two together, they're 34.
