BANANAS PLEASE
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. .....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHAHA....
Okay got that out of my system.
Yes, I am finally the proud owner of a shpankity new Tungesten Grey 2006 GT Convertible! :w00t: After 2 years of research and longing, the day has finally arrived. Thanks to everyone here for all the awesome info over the years, it helped me to get this baby at x-plan price when no one thought I could. I'm here at work, staring out the window at her, and just getting giddy about the ride home today.
First, Big kudos to Kara Maples at Freedom Ford in Hampton, she has been one of the best things about this whole deal, helpful and sincere the whole way. She even called me while I was inspecting the vehicle to make sure everythign was okay! Word of caution, make sure you pick a good dealer to drop ship to though, my experience picking it up was a bit annoying...
WARNING: Kip Killmon's Tyson's Ford in No. VA is BS
, do not buy from them. They had a $4,995 "Low Commodity Market Adjustment" on the same car I just picked up. The "courtesy" delivery was anything but, they kept me waiting for 90 minutes and only started cleaning the car when i showed up. I had to drive with the guy to get my tank of gas, and oh yeah, my car had 16 miles on it when I got it. Their explanation, that was how they got it, yeah right....
Anyway, everything was there and in good shape, so I can finally say, I AM A MUSTANG OWNER.:usa:
And yes, it feels good. I was one of those guys who bought I faith, until today I had only sat in one, never got to drive one or start it up, so you of course know how satisfying that first taste of V8 rumble was for a noob like me. Did I mention this was my first mustang, first Ford, first V8, first Vert, and first new car? I think the technical term is overkill.....
SO....I'm gonna drive the S##% outta this thing on my free tank of gas (to vary my RPM of course) and then go buy some Wal Mart supertech synthetic and drive it some more
And yes, I know
I snuck out of work for two hours, and I'm a gov't employee, so cut me some slack! I'll post pics on the weekend.
I feel so special..I can go to the Mustang Club Shows now!!
EDIT: Resized this pic, enjoy!!

Okay, so as i was saying in my previous shameless begging for nanner's post, I am the proud owner of a 2006 GT Vert, Tungsten Grey, just like the sig says. Well, although it is about 40 degrees here, i managed 30 minutes of sunlight to capture a few glorious pics of my baby...
And now i'd really appreciate it if someone would tell me how to get them posted on this board? The file is only 566KB but the site says i am exceeding global limitations.
HELP

You need to resize the picture. 566kb is too big. Here is a link on how to post pictures
