BAMA tunner
Hey does anyone have a tuner from Doug? If so is it unlocked? I have one but do not have a car to hook it up and check. I was told it would be %150 to set it up for a new car but if its unlocked I know there is no need for that. Just need to download the new programs and be done with it right?
Jess how do you edit your title LOL?

You can use a USB cable to plug it into you computer. It will power on and display whether it is locked or not. If it is locked you have to return to stock to unlock it ... or send it for SCT with $150 to unlock it.

I have an x2 from VMP tunning that was locked and I was able to unlonck it with SCT's software, then able to load my tunes from Bama on it. I don't know bout the x3 tuners, but with my x2 I was able to use...
