I certainly don't want to say I got scammed, but I bought a set of charcoal metallic 10" Lemans stripes and a set of charcoal metallic rocker stripes on June 25th from BSM and I haven't heard anything since June 27th about my order. Rob isn't replying to any of my emails and the phone number I found on Google for BSM just goes right to a voicemail message saying that the mailbox isn't setup yet. I paid through PayPal with a debit card and the money was taken out, yet the website still says "processing" for my order status. I've emailed Rob about 5 or 6 times asking for an update or a tracking number and no replies? Is he just insanely busy? I've heard a lot of people say they've bought stuff from BSM, so I definitely don't want to give them a bad name...but man, a simple email letting me know what's going on would certainly be appreciated. I don't care if it takes a couple weeks to make the stripes or whatever the case may be, but I have to say that the customer service so far is nonexistent.

 

it is the weekend. The 4th is this week. it has been less then a week. I would relax and enjoy the up coming holiday week. If you have aissue paypal will have your back.

 

I would just start a claim with Pay-Pal , when I've had problems in the past that usually gets whoever's attention it is I'm trying to get ...

 

Ok, I totally forgot about the storms back East. Rob emailed me today and said he didn't have power and couldn't cut any orders. My fault for totally forgetting about that. I should have figured that's what was going on. My apologies to BSM!

Just order a complete super stripe kit from him 12 days ago and received a email from Rod last week to confirm special request ( he answer me the day after ) also pay-pal confirmed its been shipped last week, i live in Canada.

So......................... watch out for the man in brown !!!!!!!! (ups)

 

For sure. I'm going to be getting the Rotorpros drilled and slotted brake rotors pretty soon as well. Also considering a TCI Ratchet Shifter as well...among a bunch of other things!
