Bad Bad Night turned Good Good Day!!

well i figured id start a new thread for this since it isnt a bad night anymore haha. i jsut got off the phone with my Body Guy. he said, and i quite "I've been jacking off all day to the different ways we are gonig to hook up this car"

no joke. he wants to put a new body kit, new hood, wing, paint job, replace the rear, all the suspension components, ect

so heres what i am trying to decide on:

Hoods:
Fang Mystery 8 with extentions

RK Sport Dream Hood

Cervini Eleanor hood

3d Carbon Boy Racer (clear engine % sc coolant tanks???)

Steeda Race cowl

?

Front Fascia:
3d Carbon Boy Racer

Steeda

Cervini Eleanor

?

Rear Fascia:
3d Carbon Boy Racer

?

Wing:
3d Carbon Gt500 Style

Cervini Eleanor

?

Side skirts will stay as the saleen as i think they still look the best of any i have seen

i need suggestions, ideas and whatnot. please chime in

im thinknig the Boy racer front fascia, with either the eleanor or the fang hood, boy racer rear, and the 3d carbon gt500 wing

as far as suspension componenets all will be replaced with BMR or CHE componenets, including the front A-Arms which will be the new BMR ones.

I agree with Greg. I would do the Fang kit in a New York second.

I don't think that RK Sport hood will look very good with the Fang front end because of the extensions, just by looking at it for a second.

With that said, I'd do the Fang kit. OR...

Have you considered a GT500 front end conversion and rear bumper? The GT500 front end looks great with the RK hood in my opinion.

no GT500 conversion for me. It is JUST my opinion, but i think the gt500 front end looks great on a gt500. i am faster and lighter than a GT500 at the moment and plan on being that way. i think the GT500 stuff should stay on the GT500.

i wasnt gonig to mik the RK hood with the fang front end. it was gonig to be the entire fang thing or nothing. i do liek the fang but i dotn think i like it enough to do it, id love to see one in person first but i doubt that will happen.

so far im leaning towards the shelby CS6 hood and front Fascia, with the saleen side skirts and the GT/CS rear. i would keep the stock rear with the Street Scene Gen 1 add on but id rather have a seamless piece and they are realatively the same thing when said and done. i think im gonig to go with the CT-R Chrome rims, 18x 10 in the rear with 305/45/18 Nitto 555r's on the rear and the BF Goodrich KDW's up front in 275/45/18

shoulda made this a poll
i personally think Cervini's eleanor bodykit is simply too much, and too common nowadays..

if this was my car, i'd get:
-GT/CS or 3DCarbon Boyracer Rear bumper cover
-GT500/3D500 ducktail spoiler
-Steeda cowl induction hood
-Silverhorse racing flush mount louvers
-i'm undecided, but the 3dCarbon front fascia might look best given your intercooler shows through

whatever you decide on, good luck. and hope she turns out better than new

Don't forget, if you go to 3DCarbon front bumper you will have to put all the 10 parts kit. has the bumper is larger on the fender flare you have to fill the "hole" with the 3d carbon fender flare etc...

3DCarbon on my car

I'm planning to modify my 3D Carbon to match the light and the hood of the GT500.

Hey man - my votes?

RK Sport Caifornia Dream hood with pins

The Steeda or Cervinis front facia
(sorry - mostly I don't like the GAPING whaleshark lower opening on the 3D carbon piece - with the entire 3DC kit installed, it sort of balances - mixing parts? I think its overpowering...)

Rear fascia - 3D carbon or the California Special

Spoiler - 3D Carbon spoiler

the 3d carbon stuff is OUT! i am not using tape on fender flares which are required with their kit as they are built into the rear and fron fascias and the side skirts. since i refuse the 3d carbon side skirts and am trying to avoid tape on items at all costs, it seems 3d carbon is out. mostly im trying to decide on thesteeda hood/front fascia, the CS6 hood/Front Fascia or the Elanor hood/Front Fascia. im leaining toward the CS6 stuff at the moment

thanks but the RK stuff is out due to hit/miss on quality and fit/finish. currently i think its down to the CS6 and the eleanor but im leaning way toward the CS6 as the Eleanor is much more popular

I like the CS6 as well, but if it were me if would attempt to have a stock looking grill as opposed to the CS6 one with the Shleby pasted all over it. But thats my anti-poserness inside of me. If it doesnt bother you, then I would do it.

ahh good point, well then thats exactly how i would do it with those choices. Cervinis is too hyped up and overdone. I have never seen a CS6 other than shelbys, so youll be unique as well.
