The Strut TSB describes itself as

"Intermittent popping noise from the front of the vehicle while turning left or right"

The Axle TSB describes itself as

"may exhibit an axle whine noise"

What happens to me is when I turn on the car, and back out of my parking spot, after parking it for a while (With the E-Brake on), I hear a really loud metal clang noise from the rear.

Which one of these TSB's is more likely responsible, if any?

Doesn't sound like either of them. Better take it in just to be safe!
