Australian Mustang Thread

Not sure if anyone else has started one - I couldnt find one!
I contacted a Ford Rep here in Australia via email, and it looks like it is definately going to be available here - but like the US, the price isnt available. I am hoping it wont be double the US MSRP, as with other cars. Since the Aussie $ is worth US $69 cents I sure hope the price will be aroung the $27,000 mark for a V-6.

This is interesting though..You Aussies won't get the SVT, but you will get FPV... Which means definatly a Boss 5.4 as well as a few other models..Which will be meaner? The Australian SE Mustangs or the American SE's?

Easy boy, that's because those prices are just carry-over guesses from 04 most likely.

Some of those price books like that and some of the other new car review books are not always very accurate about alot of details I have noticed in the past. Some cars they are dead on but some they are not. These books tend to be for people who probably be buying a mini van. They seem more worried about how many bags of groceries you can get in it instead of how fast in the 1/4 mile.
