I'm looking for a Ford Dealer in TX that will accept an order under the Partner recognition program.

 

I ordered at Prestige Ford in Garland and they accepted the X-Plan no problem, they also give you some extras for the plan like free window tinting.

 

I just ordered mine from Tommie Vaughn in Houston. It'll go in the Ford queue tomorrow.

Coincidence? I dunno. But coincidentally, I just happend to order today. I've been on the board for a while, but didn't have a reason to put anything in until now.

 

did the dealer ask you to put money down? if so how much and what do kind of paper work will they show you to prove they ordered a car for you? I've never used Ford Supplier program and am wondering what to expect.

No money down, but the salesman is a friend. He's gotten deposits from his other orders.

These guys benefit more than we do by selling us cars, you can be confident they've ordered you a car. Usually they don't even cash a deposit check, they just roll it into the final delivery.

What he told me was the lady who does their orders to the factory does them on Thursdays.

edit: I forgot, he told me they build the car in a system called CONCEPTS, that's when they actually get a real price for you.
