ARGH!!! Ford!!!

I'm seriously looking into buying an Alloy GT toward the end of the year using a raise I'm due at work and Ford sends me this in the mail today with an expiration date of 8/31. I have access to the A-plan so the 2007 that I want is about $3000 under sticker, plus now basically Ford is telling me here's another grand of you pull the trigger before the end of the month. What's a man to do?

Why dont you have it yet! Get up and go for it, you wont regret it, and put the end of the year bonus towards mods

seriously...do it now while you have the chance to get the best deal...especially if it wont break you....you can recover once you get your bonus...that is...if you are positive you are going to get it.

I didn't think I could do it either, but when I really took a good hard look at the budget, money began to appear from places I didn't realize. You can make it work if you really want to, and a thousand bucks could do some fun stuff to that car...

Thats what I want to know! I've been looking at trading in the 05 for an 06 with the incentives that are out there right now. One of these would make me pull the trigger on the spot.

Ford sends me all kinds of schtuff like that. Last year at this time, I received the same certificate. It must have to do with when you bought your last car because I signed the papers on my minivan 8/31/2003. On the flip side of that certificate, if I test drive any new Ford until Sept. 8, I will get a Weber grill utensil set. I used to get certificates from Mercury for $50 travelers checks with any test drive. Let me tell you, the dealer was getting tired of seeing me!

Okay, well the loyalty certificate was a joke. It doesn't apply to any Mustang - mostly vehicles that Ford wants to move like anything starting with an (E) and the fine print states "Up to" meaning most of the cars have a $500 credit and a select few are good for the $1000. Anyway, I think I'll take my free Weber grillset for now...

Plus James, some of those offers aren't compatible with the A/Z or X-Plan. It all depends. Some offers are good with it, and some aren't.

I ordered a 2007 Grabber over my second favorite color the Satin Silver. Guess what? Same situation happens with me, due a killer deal I get a loaded 06 Satin Silver for about the same price as my stock Grabber. Fair trade, and it gets here sooner. Seriously, with incentives on GT's? Who wants to order? I would go for it dude.

Waiting for an order sucks, but when it comes, it is what you wanted.
I always try to get the best options I want/can afford on my vehicles otherwise you hate getting into the thing everyday.
Also remember that no deal is sooo good that it can't be walked away from..the dealers want you to buy what they got b/c it gets it off their lot. Take your time, crunch your numbers and then decide.
Good luck
