Well, here is the deal. For some reason I have fallen in love with the black GT mustang 04. I would like a black 05, but I feel like owning a V-8 is my destiny. HAHA, anyway, I was wondering how many people plan on trading in there old mustangs for the 05s.

Well I don't have one to trade in but if I did I think i'd keep my 04 or whatever until the SE comes out then decide. Also, I think if you are going to get a stang you should get the 04 GT for a really good deal, unless you have the money for an 05 gt now.

Thats what I want to do. Before I left for college, I saw a 04 GT brand new in the paper for $18,540. That seems like a darn good deal. I really like the 05, but I think the 05 GT may be way too expensive. So, a black 04 GT would be like a dream come true.

There is no denying that the 04's are very tempting. They are really nice, and the prices are great too. If you are in the market for a car, and like the 04 better than the 05 then you are in a very good position. Good luck !

i'm in the same situation. I will be able to afford a 05 v6, but really want a gt. I am goin to need a new car in the very near future and am still undecided if i should go for a good deal on an 04GT or go for the 05 6er....
