Anyone missing a Yellow 2005 Mustang?
I work as a police officer in Kansas and today in our briefing I came across this Administration Message from Oklahoma Law Enforcement...
To: All recieving Agencies
Ref: Yellow 2005 Mustang Fastback
M** **** Auto in *****, NB had a transport that has been through the states of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Somewhere along this trip they lost a bright yellow 2005 Mustang Fastback from the top rack of the transport. The driver has no idea where he lost or if it could have caused a collision. If you have had anything involving this vehicle please contact the company owner...
As a rabid 05 mustang fan and TMS junkie, I have to admit this is rather funny at the same time its tragic.
Hope its not one of ours here...

Will post from work tomorrow. Lots of paperwork now and a SORT (SWAT) callout at 530am.
I will get it for ya (or at least the last 4 of the VIN)
Douglas County huh. I may have spent a night there a while back.
Can you say "low Bridge"
I know... I know bad joke
but really you think that if one did fall off you would hear it crashing around on the highway ?
.Are you sure they did not off load a car from the top at one stop and forget to put the mustang back on?

i'm thinking they stopped and unloaded it and put it somewhere AKA STOLEN CAR. how can the driver have *NO IDEA* what happened to it? thats the stupidest thing i have ever heard.
The last 4 better not be 3456!

haha i know, it's so sequential!!!
Ok..yall ready?
I spoke to the driver of the transport.
They found the car in Auborn Nebraska (spelling?)
70 miles from where he disscovered it missing.
It did indeed fall....yes fall off the top.
Someone tampered with it and didnt get it before the driver came back.
Well he said he never felt or heard it and that no one flashed their lights or anything at him. He pulled over to look at his map and saw he was missing a car. I asked him how bad it was and he said it was totaled.
The last four on the vin were 3456.
Sorry man...
Naaaaa Im just kidden. The only damage was to the front bumper and the last four on the vin were 5070.
I hope it was just a dealer stock car and not any of ours.
