If so, how did you know you had it? Being the paranoid freak that I am, I keep thinking I have this. Sometimes it feels like there is some hesitation or bogging at right before 3k RPM. It only feels this way when cruising...it doesn't do it when I'm hitting the pedal pretty hard.
Thanks for the replies!

I had it done on my '04 F150. They reflashed the PCM. I believe they increased idle rpm just a little. The dealership said they "couldn't reproduce the problem." All you had to do is sit at idle and you could feel it in the steering wheel. The PCM reflash did not fix the problem, so I live with it. It never falters bad enough to stall the engine; it's just an intermittent misfire. I might have better luck experimenting with different brands of gasoline. Isn't it interesting that the gas cap on the Mustang recommends BP gas?! I don't remember ever seeing a car manufacture recommend a brand of gasoline before.
