OK so I got to see the Color upgrade package. I have to be honest, I am REALLY glad I got the all black interior. I have seen some of the seats and stuff that the tuners are putting in their car, but my silver GT with all black interior is way cooler in my eyes!

I'm thinkin' it would be cool if they offere other colors. I know it's been covered here before, but I'd like to see greys and black mixed. If I could get graphite leather with charcol .... ah heck.... I'll just put the '03 Cobra seats in. Light graphit suede insets with charcol leather

the only time I have seen the red package (uh uh uhuh I said package) and liked it is in the 3D Carbon Boy. I'm not real crazy about much else on it, but the white Mustang with red skunk stripes and the red accent package was slicker than heck. Otherwise, the red is just a little much.

Clint I am with you. I like that cobra color combo. I really don;t like the red. I just don't like red on any car. (excluding classics) I have seen 1 car that was red that I would have considered driving & it was a 95 Probe. We once test drove a 95 Stang with red interior. I hated it. It's just nit my thing. But now the cobra colors I am defiently digging.

Cheers mates

Just to help the "yay" side, I think that the red interior is cool. Not overdone either. Just seats and inserts (ditching those floormats). I've seen it in person and it's really nice. I know its not for everyone but I'm sure glad they offered it.

The interior accent package definately only goes with certain ext. colors. FOR ME, red interior is a bit loud. I would tire of it pretty quick. White ext, red stripes, red int. Red car, whites stripes, red int. Black ext, red stripes, red int. That's about it for me

Yup, definately looks better with certain combos.

Redfire/Accent Package looks amazing IMO b/c the redfire is a darker shade.

Love it

The light grey interior actually has quite a nice two-tone look too. It actually looks darn good without the IUP too, the black dash is set off by the lower grey panels and ties into the console. The IUP almost washes out on the light grey.

I'm with you, man - I find all that red (unless you have the right exterior color) a bit 'loud'.

I'm going simple and Stealth fighter basic - BLACK clearcoat with dark charcoal interior.... B)

I wasn't so sure about the red either until the day it came...My exterior is the torch red but the interior is a more muted red, similiar to the redfire. Like was pointed out, rid the floor mats and put in black and it's a real sweet combination. I wish they would have done the black seats with the red inserts or red seats with maybe black or grey inserts (go buckeyes)... These cars really need to be seen in person....Pictures don't do them justice.

I can't do red for the same reason I can't do Legend Lime... I would love the snot out of it for about a month, then I would be ready to scream because I would be sick of it.

Its pretty, and those who have it I bet love it, but I can't do it.

I would love to have solid black insides though. Oh wait- DC with IUP! That's the ticket! I can wait......

The charcoal interior would look so cool with a muted shade of blue seat inserts - as available for 2005 in the T-Bird. Also a medium parchment insert would be outstanding.

It is not black interior...it is Dark Charcoal (politically correct)
I am getting the Dark Charcoal with my Sonic Blue GT. I have the lighter interior in my 97 and wanted a change. I think I'll burn my butt in the summer though cause dark leather is going to be hot.

Many will now puke but .........

If I ever can - I will order a white Mustang with the red.

In a perfect world I could have the "real" classic look - the car would be white and the ENTIRE interior would be red (dash - and all).

My second choice would be red/red.

I have never owned a white with red car but have owned two red/red and really liked the combo on both (65 Plymouth / 79 El Dorado). Whoops I also had a red/red 88 Chevy Silverado but in that case the outside was RED and the inside was multi reds - this combo did not look as good to me.

To me - the car compaines have "trained us" to accept the cheap way for them - with just adding a few inserts vs the entire interior in color.
