First, my company qualifies for x-plan. Who/where/what do I need to call/email/etc. to get a pin?

Second, after I order I should get my VOC right away, correct?

Third, some say they got their DORA right away, and some had to wait. Which is it?

Fourth, ISELLFORD recommended adding B16 as an option. Does this code just get placed under vehicle options, or does it go somewhere special.

You normally go thru your HR dept for the PIN number.
A VOC is usually printed out at the time the order is placed
The DORA is usually generated 24-48 hours after the order is placed
The B16 is added as an option just like any other.
