Another proud Mustang GT owner (56k beware).
Hello everyone, I thought I would go ahead and post a few pics of my new baby. She’s bone stock for now, but I plan on doing a mixture of appearance and performance mods in the future. I say the future as I had to promise a certain lady in my life no mods for 6 months in order to get the car. But better a bone stock Mustang then no Mustang at all!
This is my first Mustang (and first non-GM car ever) and I just love this car to death. Apparently so do my neighbors, as mine was the fifth new mustang to appear in my neighborhood last week. That incentive was a tough one to pass up!

Ah yes, the tint. Since I was working with a no mod rule I negotiated that in when buying the car. Tinted windows are a must in TX! If only the wife was as easy to negotiate with as those dealers are.
The little ford logo is in the pinstripe, it’s located just above the GT side badge. I normally do not like pinstripes all that much, but those little logos give it a nice touch.

Welcome! And congrats on the new Mustang!
6 months will be hard to wait... I think TacoBill and I had all of our major mods done in 6 weeks!
Actually... 6 months will fly by... I've had mine for 6 months and 3 days.
I was looking all over the place in your pics for the pinstripe. I guess the glare hides it a little. Have a closer pic of the side of the car?

Congrats on your car!!!! I really like that ford pin stripe, never seen that before. Gives it a nice touch.

I took off the dealership frame and advertisement plate until my permanent plates come in. In TX, you gotta have them on both the front and back. The holes were already there the first time I laid eyes on the car, so no chances to work something else out.

If you were tooling down the highway and needed to pass a big ole 18 wheeler and you didn't have quite enough power and another 18 wheeler was coming head on, wouldn't it be much much safer if you had a supercharger to make that pass? Your wife deserves a safer ride, so get her that supercharger. NOW.

Congrats on the purchase. Can't believe it took you as long as it did to finally pull the trigger on it... good thing that Camaro got announced as being another 3 years out ;-)
Seriously though, that's a nice GT and the silver with those wheels looks great driving down the road. Once you drop her she'll sit nice and have a nice aggresive stance.
We'll have to get together at shows or meets now and then now that you'll be starting your new job in a week and we won't be able to park next to each other anymore!
PS. Don't forget to get a baseline dyno ;-)
