Airbag light: Code 22?

Over the last three days, noticed that my airbag light has been flashing then going to a steady glow after about a minute. I've noticed that it blinks twice, pauses and then blinks twice more. I've read on other sites that this is likely a code but haven't found much more about it. I've wondered if this is maybe a fuse problem or something in the steering column. Has anyone else heard of these "Morse code" style blinks from the airbag light?

Thanks in advance.

Ok, so after a little detective work on the Internet, it turns out "blink code" 22 refers to a short in the wiring to the driver's side seat airbag. The 8-way power seating is crunching the wires that lead up to the airbag self.

Apparently, this is a factory defect in the routing of the wiring under the seat which creates pinch points and there's a TSB out for it. I would suggest anyone who had a build date in early '07 read up in it. This resulted in the wires being severed in my case.
