Got it done this morning, and thus far it seems to have gotten rid of the problem. It seems now the ECU is able to properly run the engine so it now stops the AC when I floor it. Before it just lagged horribly. I will confirm is this is fixed after a week or so, but thus far I am happy. When it cools off I will have to see if the car is better with the AC off.
