Thumbs up

Decided to take the hold off my V6 Mustang and order it without the Interior Upgrade package...my one concern is the aluminum dash inserts...do you think this will become an aftermarket item in the near future?

I have a GT coming in without the IUP. I really don't care for the dash with or without the package, since I think the dash panel looks too plain. However, I've been wondering the same thing. I'd think you could eventually go into a dealer and purchase the Aluminum dash panels and add them to your car, but they may be $$$. I also think the rest of the package is necessary to balance out the look (steering wheel, shifter, and door handles).

It may be a wait and see situation. If there is demand, the aftermarket could replicate the dash panel in other materials including anodized aluminum, carbon fiber, etc.
