I was -just- gonna ask about the rims! What are they and where can I get a set?

And as far as a 'small decklid spoiler' - you might like the CDC Ducktail that I have.

I've got a few more pics in my gallery at http://www.2005stang.com if you're interested.

I normally don't like 20's as they're too much bling and distract from the great looking car. Yours are more toned down and compliment nicely giving your car a unique look. You were right about it looking European. With those wheels and no wing, it gives it a little German flair.

My DT is from CDC. classicdesignconcepts.com, but I'd get it from a different vendor at a better price. CDC's got great products, but their customer service disappoints me. More pics are in my gallery like I noted above.

It looks great without the spoiler...my 06 has the stock spoiler but it will be gone in Feb...just cant decide if I want to go with the Roush or the 3D Carbon Cobra replica. I am not a big fan of the stock spoiler and cant wait to get it off my car.

What did you do about the holes from the spoiler?

I have the spoiler delete as well, but of course Ford will let you "have it your way", since your still paying for the cost of a spoiler even though they're not putting it on the car.

I ordered mine w/o spoiler because I like the clean look, and maybe to upgrade to the CDC ducktail at some point.

What are you plugging the holes with until you get the GT500 replacement installed?

Nice looking car. I do kinda like the retro touch the spoiler gives though. I like that CDC duck tail alot too. I like the Shelby spoiler too. Just be glad Ford allows the spoiler delete. Great that we can personalize these cars aint it.

To each his own I guess....>>

My wife absolutely hates her non-spoiler '05. She says it looks too plain and needs something. So I'll be installing one very soon.

What bothers me is that Ford does not give credit for the spoiler delete. GM always gives credit (and shown on the window sticker) for any items left off the vehicle when it normally comes as standard equipment. Here's a (partial) pic of my window sticker for my super rare (<100 produced) 1987 Z28 convertible with deleted raised white letter tires with a $102 credit. (Remember those? Raised white letter tires, that is...)

Looks like the car is missing something......Ever think about putting it back on????......I like the spoiler......reminds me of the 69-70 Boss 302 and 69-70 mach 1 it adds nice balance to the car......You should put it back on.

I would rather have an aftermarket spoiler but I don't like the look without a spoiler

Too bad we aren't close, I would be willing to trade decklids.

Now that's a sharp looking Stang, not all goobered up with cheesy tokens of inflated machismo. This shows off the Stang's great underlying lines beautifully without the useless distractions of useless ornamentation. Love the wheels too, contrasting the classy black nicely.

I am admiring your doorframe support system! Guess I missed that option on the order sheet when I bought my car... dang it!

I took mine off... but the stock spoiler might look pretty good if it was painted flat black....
