All I can say is OMG !!!...this car blows away my expectations , it may only be a V6 but one press on the gas and it really does put you back into your seat, something that my 1999 V6 never did. The Mycolor option is pretty cool, I think my favorite is blue. The shaker 500 sound system is awesome, when the bass hits you can feel the air hit your legs...I was pretty impressed !!....The interior noise is so different than my 1999 V6, you can bearly hear any exterior wind noise, it surprisingly very quite....on a scale of 1 to 10...I would give it a 9.5....ford did an amazing job with this car !!!!

Good thing you ordered early and was able to get the IUP. From some of the other threads it seems that IUP won't be available on any more V6s this year. Congrats, it looks great.

Very cool. Sounds light years ahead of the previous gen Stangs. We drove by that same dealership last night but didn't see any '05s (we live in Eaton Rapids, so it isn't far away at all). I see they STILL have that comp orange '04 GT, but with the '05s out, that may be sitting around for a bit longer.

Looks awesome - just what I am getting, but with the manual tranny. Do you have the ABS/Traction control on yours?

Also, if you don't mind my asking, what did you pay for yours, and what are the options you have beyond the visible to the eye?

I payed MSRP for it. As far as options....preimum (shaker 500, spinner rims) red interior, IUP

Im still impressed how quiet the inside of the car is...you can hear the engine oretty good from the inside, but the exterior road noise is almost elimated.

nope, I have never had that option on any mustang that I have owned...so I couldnt see paying $800 dollars for it.
